We completed a search for a publicly held gaming company. The successful candidate had ten plus years' experience at the executive marketing level including corporate-generated marketing programs and property level implementation. They also had strategic marketing sense, including brand building and strong experience in all CRM disciplines. They are responsible for corporate staff of 15+ people including CRM, advertising and brand management, and multiple property marketing and outside agencies.
Corp. VP of Marketing - South
The client whom we completed the search for is an exceptional gaming company with over 3,000 machines across three properties. The successful candidate is responsible for setting and executing the marketing strategy, including systems, standards, procurement, and building/retaining customer loyalty and staffing. The report to the present. In addition, they had ten years of marketing experience, including senior management level at both the property and corporate office.
Corporate Director of Player Development
We completed a search for a multi-property casino gaming company located in the Central U.S. The candidate hired directs the planning and execution of Player Development goals at the Company’s operating locations, identifies and supports implementation of cross-property opportunities, and develops metrics for measuring and reporting individual and departmental growth (by property).
Vice President/Director of E-Media, Multimedia and Interactive Marketing - Northeast
Our client is a large, highly successful, forward-thinking casino. We placed an executive with a track record of developing, planning and directing the implementation and optimization of all online and electronic marketing campaigns. In addition, they were experienced in developing digital long term branding and short term tactical strategies. Reports to CEO.
Vice President Direct Marketing and Marketing Technologies
We completed a search for a sophisticated multi-property gaming organization located in the Central U.S., which has developed centralized database and direct marketing programs. Programs are disseminated to the various casino/hotel properties. The candidate placed in the position supervises a staff of twelve people and reports to the Sr. Vice President of Marketing and has strong technical knowledge and experience with data warehouse.
Vice President Sales - Las Vegas
We placed a successful candidate at a 5,000 room strip property owned by major gaming company that had been searching for a Hotel Sales Executive with minimum ten years’ experience with large, upscale properties. The placed candidate manages hotel sales, catering and convention services and reports to Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
Director of Slot Marketing - Las Vegas
Our client is a well known casino/resort that caters to both tourists and locals. The successful candidate’s responsibilities include management of the player's club and they report to the Vice President of Marketing.
Director of Marketing
We completed a search for a casino located in the South, which has over 1,200 slots and 30+ table games and is owned by a large publicly held gaming company. The placed candidate’s responsibilities include: developing and directing the execution of strategies and programs to achieve revenue, acquisition, retention and profitability goal, direct database marketing including developing and implementing direct marketing campaigns, monitoring print production, mailing distribution, and redemption rates and costs, and ensuring all advertising and marketing communications are coordinated, support marketing plan objectives, and are effective expenditure of resources. They also report to the General Manager.
