Our Food and Beverage Division has placed successful candidates in a variety of Engineering positions including Director of Engineering, Project Engineer, Maintenance Manager, and Electrical Engineer.
Engineering Manager for a high-speed bottling operation. The placed candidate directs repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment. They also direct the maintenance of buildings, grounds, and industrial plant utility systems.
Maintenance Manager for a major value-added produce company. The placed candidate supervises maintenance departments. Supervision includes reengineering the maintenance paradigm, using a Lean Six Sigma process to reduce costs throughout the operation
Project Engineer for a specialty baked goods and snacks company. The placed candidate is responsible for directing, scheduling and controlling all plant engineering/maintenance functions, in order to obtain optimum efficiencies from the equipment, utilities and overall facilities. They also evaluate and develop engineering projects. The successful candidate created a three year capital plan which included originating capital appropriation requests, developing project schedules, coordinating project activities, controlling project funds, and implementing startup/training procedures as necessary.
