Vice President of Marketing for a major brand frozen Mexican food business. The placed candidate plans and executes all short and long-term business development programs, marketing programs and consumer research projects, and new products. In addition, they design and execute consumer events that anticipate competition, generate both consumer and trade excitement and support core and new product introductions. The successful candidate developed a proprietary approach to measure category and brand consumption across all sales outlets.
Director of Marketing for a multi-national fine processed meat company. The candidate we placed oversees all facets of U.S. divisional– including but not limited to P&L responsibility, inventory and production planning, and logistics. They coordinate activities leading to implementation of new computerized systems in the area of EDI, WMS, and FMS while coordinating a national supply chain team. The candidate we placed develops programs and takes charge of marketing efforts. Their major accounts include Costco Wholesale, Sam’s/Wal-Mart and Safeway. They conceptualized and created a new brand to compete in a high growth area in the market, while expanding sales by twelve percent among established customers.
Brand Manager for a specialty foodservice distributor. The placed candidate is responsible for the development and execution of a specialty foodservice distributor’s annual marketing plan. They develop and maintain vendor relationships. In addition, they are also directly responsible for implementing multiple sales promotions, marketing campaigns, operator communication and events.
Marketing and Public Relations Manager for a high-profile division of a Fortune 50 CPG Food company. The placed candidate manages full-service agency partners and a marketing assistant in the strategic development and management of the brand’s annual General Market marketing and PR plans. They direct consumer promotions and marketing public relations to inspire breakthrough creative work and maximize publicity for the company. In addition, the candidate we placed is responsible for improving brand awareness and communication by interfacing closely with field sales organization on a weekly basis to discuss marketing opportunities and capitalize on grass-roots promotional efforts.
