Director of Finance

We completed a search for a multi-property gaming company who sought a  finance executive for their 4-diamond casino. They required a Bachelor’s degree and five to seven years related casino finance experience. The placed candidate reports to the General Manager and supervises accounting,  AP and Payroll, Revenue Audit and Cage/Count team with an approximate staff size of 50 FTE’s.

Corporate Chief Financial Officer
We were asked by a growing privately held, multi-property gaming company to recruit a Corporate Chief Financial Officer, with a minimum of eight years’ high-level management experience in finance. The placed candidate’s responsibilities include oversight of property-level accounting personnel, corporate accounting/financial reporting, tax preparation and financial planning and analysis. In addition, they report to the President.
Casino Controller
We completed a search for a casino/hotel located in Southern Nevada, owned by a major, publicly-held gaming company with over 3,000 slots, 100+ table games, and 1,500+ hotel rooms. The candidate placed is responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, management and training for count teams, casino accounting and compliance department personnel. Requisites for the job included: a minimum of five years’ experience of casino accounting and gaming compliance, strong management skills and experience as a Casino Controller or controller with a strong operations accounting background.
