This confidential search was completed to assist our client with finding the right individual to implement and develop strategies for the property to grow and prosper.

Director of Hospitality

We completed the Director of Hospitality search for a premier casino resort. The property features a 100,000 sq ft gaming floor, combined total of 900 rooms across three hotel towers, restaurants, lazy river and pool, and live entertainment. The position oversees and manages the daily operations of the Hotel, RV Resort, Laundry, Environmental Services, and Retail departments. Our placed candidate’s objective is to gain maximum profit while aligning with the company’s mission and vision.

Senior Convention Services Manager

We placed a Senior Convention Services Manager for a growing Hotel and Casino destination that features a lively theater, over 32,000 sq ft of event space, award-winning restaurants, full-service catering, and a luxury hotel.
