The successful candidate had ten plus years’ experience at the executive marketing level including corporate-generated marketing programs and property level implementation. They also had strategic marketing sense, including brand building and strong experience in all CRM disciplines. They are responsible for corporate staff of 15+ people including CRM, advertising and brand management, and multiple property marketing and outside agencies.
Corp. VP of Marketing - South
The client whom we completed the search for is an exceptional gaming company with over 3,000 machines across three properties. The successful candidate is responsible for setting and executing the marketing strategy, including systems, standards, procurement, and building/retaining customer loyalty and staffing. The report to the present. In addition, they had ten years of marketing experience, including senior management level at both the property and corporate office.
Corporate Director of Player Development
We completed a search for a multi-property casino gaming company located in the Central U.S. The candidate hired directs the planning and execution of Player Development goals at the Company’s operating locations, identifies and supports implementation of cross-property opportunities, and develops metrics for measuring and reporting individual and departmental growth (by property).
