President

We were retained by a North American subsidiary of a large multi-national concession services company with multiple locations, including airports, ballparks, stadiums, and arenas, to fill their President role. Our placed candidate is responsible for overseeing all aspects of their airport division. The position develops and administers policies, procedures, and programs for the department and controls all activities of the business.

General Manager

We searched for the General Manager for a world leader in the operation of public assembly venues including major sports facilities, catering centers, public attractions, and retail. The company also provides key consulting services for the design and construction of a public attraction prior to its management. This was a newly created position for a new attraction, in charge of all aspects of ticket sales and of managing and operating the facility. Our placed candidate’s responsibilities include recruitment and management of staff, development and implementation of sales, marketing, and publicity programs, maintaining customer experience quality control, and delivering the annual ticket sales, revenue, and EBITDA budgets.

Deputy Director of Administration and Operations

We placed the Deputy Director of Administration and Operations for a leading owner of convention centers and stadiums. With over 1.7 million sq ft of meeting space and significant tourism infrastructure, the Center for this search is considered one of the finest meeting and convention destinations in North America. The position is responsible for the daily management and overall operations of the Convention Center. Our placed candidate also became involved in the strategic planning effort for the city as they contemplated general development and additional venues.
