President / Chief Executive Officer

The placed candidate is responsible for all domestic U.S. operations of a major multi-national fine foods firm, as well as increasing their sales volume by overhauling the line, repositioning the brand, expanding the distribution base and establishing new items. They create a complete sales and marketing organization, recruit and hire product managers and sales managers, and form a customer service department and establishing an international broker network.

President / Chief Executive Officer

The successful candidate was expected to turn-around the private equity fund at which they were placed, create a growth oriented culture, and successfully prepare the business for sale. They were able to increase the annual top-line sales by 31% and EBITDA by seven percent by introducing lean manufacturing principles with focus on continuous improvement, vertical integration and ongoing profit improvement programs.

General Manager/ Chief Operating Officer

The placed candidate introduced over 100 new products and ten new types of packaging, improved company manufacturing capacity and acquired a manufacturing site in the Midwest for a 50 million branded and private label Baked Goods company.
