Chief Executive Officer

We made the Chief Executive Officer placement for a leading food manufacturer. The CEO is responsible for developing new business in all strategic channels including retail and food service, and for both branded and private label food products, to reach strategic and operational targets. The position develops new distribution channels and customer segments and works with the Research and Development team to develop new products. Our placed candidate became the key representative of the organization in the US and is an ambassador in relevant markets, as well as to stakeholders and government bodies.

Chief Operating Officer

Our internationally based client is an innovative and fast-growing entrepreneurial marketer and distributor of leading-edge natural food and beverage products. Our candidate who filled the COO position is a Finance Executive with a background in operations, including sales, distribution and logistics, HR, and IT, in branded co-manufactured natural foods and beverages. Responsibilities of the Chief Operating Officer include developing and implementing a strategy to improve overall operational efficiencies and maximize revenue growth and profitability. They report directly to the President as a key player in the formulation and execution of overall strategy, interacting with all organizational levels throughout the Company.

Vice President of Operations

A hemp producer was our client for this Vice President of Operations search for a new finished products production facility. This VP role is responsible for hiring management and non-management employees, as well as onboarding staff to the new facility. Our placed candidate implements inventory tracking processes through an ERP system and GMP practices in concert with the management team.
