A frozen-foods processor was our client for this Plant Manager search. Our placed candidate is responsible for the daily production schedule, manufacturing standards, yields, and efficiencies, safety, good manufacturing practices, standard operating procedures, HACCP, and SQF requirements.

Warehouse Manager

We were selected by a fast-growing company and highly regarded category leader to complete their Warehouse Manager search. Our placed candidate is responsible for hiring, counseling, and managing the warehouse staff, as well as controlling finished goods storage, managing freight and shipments, maintaining and shipping FG inventory, and managing and maintaining warehouse assets.

Assistant Product Plant Manager

We placed the Assistant Product Plant Manager for a fast-growing manufacturer of fresh, healthy meals. The position is responsible for managing plant operations, including kitchen, assembly lines, warehouse, coolers, walk-ins, maintenance, and facilities, and supervises the staging, cooking, chilling, storing, and assembly of all products according to required specifications. They ensure that all manufacturing equipment is in proper working condition and that compliance with facility and department safety rules, Health Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP), and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Policies are met. They also manage production activities across multiple shifts and departments to meet quality, food safety, sanitation, and cost metrics consistent with established policies. Our placed candidate implements manufacturing processes and acts as the process authority in all areas of the plant.
