Risk Manager

A 500+ bed full-service hospital came to us for the Risk Manager search. Our placed candidate spearheads risk management services including insurance/risk financing, claims management and incident reporting, loss control data management and analysis, legal services coordination, and loss control education programs.

Manager of Cardiopulmonary Rehab

We placed the Manager of Cardiopulmonary Rehab for a nonprofit 150+ bed hospital in Washington. The position develops and manages the budget, leads program development, and actively markets the program. Our placed candidate oversees 14 staff providing cardiopulmonary rehab services in both inpatient and outpatient settings. They work closely with cardiologists and inpatient nurses to foster referrals of post-cardiac surgery patients and their families.

Infection Control Coordinator

We completed the Infection Control Coordinator search for a 500+ bed full service teaching hospital with a Level I trauma center, Level III NICU, and Level III PICU. The position, in addition to standard infection control responsibilities, participates in a variety of studies and stimulating projects, including working with the County bioterrorism surveillance alert system, supporting an ICU Performance Improvement project, and collaborating with the JCAHO Coordinator. Our placed candidate has prior experience in medium to large organizations offering wide ranges of clinical programs.
