Vice President of Contracting

A multi-hospital system serving Hawaii and the entire Pacific Rim was our client for this Vice President of Contracting search. The position oversees the development and implementation of the overall strategic plan for provider contracts, reimbursements, and managed care. Our placed candidate has prior experience with health care commercial and government payer contract formulation and negotiations, as well as a thorough understanding of Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement rules and regulations.

Senior Director of Education

We made a placement for a 150+ bed nonprofit community hospital in Southern California. The Senior Director of Education oversees a staff of clinical educators and secretarial support. The position was tasked with creating and instituting a Leadership Development Program for middle and senior management personnel. Our placed candidate is an RN with a Master’s degree.

Director of Human Resources

Our client is a nonprofit, full-service acute care hospital. The Director of Human Resources oversees staff responsible for employee health, human resources, and payroll. Our placed candidate had 10 years of human resources leadership experience at the time of hire.

Our placed candidate is bilingual in Spanish, with prior experience as a Diabetes Educator.
