Senior Vice President – Human Resources

Our client is a hotel management company with over 1,200 employees, based in Illinois.  The company’s objective was to significantly upgrade their approach to human capital management.  The Senior  Vice President of Human Resources is responsible for insuring that the company’s culture was reflective of the company’s mission statement and values.  He or she also oversees organizational development, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, safety programs, associate relations, and training.

Corporate Director of Training and Development

Our client is a hotel industry management company, located in Washington, with multiple hotel locations. They retained our firm to search for an experienced Training Director who could analyze and assess the training and development needs of the company. The successful candidate had a proven track record of effective team leadership and the management of a dynamic training program. The job requirements included knowledge and experience with successful application of learning practices and techniques in the hospitality industry. The candidate had experience in developing facilitator-led training, computer based training and Web-based programs. They were looking for a candidate seasoned in presentation, interaction, and collaboration with management.

Corporate Director of Compensation and Benefits

Our client is a hotel corporation that owns and/or manages over 120 properties. They are located in Minnesota. They retained our firm to search for a Director of Compensation and Benefits. The position manages the employee benefits programs such as retirement plans, medical plans, life insurance and disability plans, with the support of various vendors. The Director evaluates and compares existing company benefits programs with those of other companies; analyzes the results and develops specific recommendations for review by management.
