Senior Vice President Brand Marketing – North America

Our client is a hotel corporation with a highly recognizable international brand based in New York.   The Vice President of Brand Marketing is responsible for the implementation of all aspects of the companies marketing program for the brand in North America.  As part of a worldwide network of hotels, they became responsible for the support and advancement of the brand within the context of their global brand positioning. This  included reinforcement of all global brand product and service standards as well as animation of brand marketing products at the regional and property level.

Vice President – Customer Relationship Marketing

Our client is a hotel management company, located in California, with multiple brand affiliations.   The company wanted to capture and share data concerning customers so as to cross market properties, develop a relationship with the customer that transcended brand loyalty, and begin the process of profiling demographic information.  The successful candidate spearheaded the launch of a strategic customer loyalty and retention program.  He also developed an ongoing communications strategy utilizing newsletters, promotional e-mails, and product updates.

Corporate Director – E Commerce and Social Network Marketing

Our client is a leading hotel company, headquartered in Texas, with over 200 properties nationwide.  They retained our executive search firm to find an experienced online marketer who could increase web traffic by executing new initiatives, including search engine optimization, social media marketing, and a comprehensive portfolio of online collateral.  The successful candidate also incorporated a consistent use of logo, branding strategies, and text composition in all online presentations.
