Our client is a premier casino resort that features 1,400 slot machines, 2,000 newly renovated guest rooms and suites, various dining options, meeting and convention space, a spa, nightclub, and branded retail shopping.

The Assistant General Manager will provide leadership and direction for the Casino Operations departments. The successful candidate will identify and execute growth initiatives and practices, as well as analyze trends in the gaming departments to understand the strengths and weaknesses in the market.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Hospitality/Casino Management, or related field required; MBA is a plus
  • At least 10 years of senior management experience in gaming preferred
  • Prior experience in overseeing non-gaming departments preferred
  • Results-oriented, hands-on professional with a “can-do” attitude is a plus
