Our client is a stable casino company that has opened a new position to provide centralized support to their properties. The position will be based in Las Vegas or Miami. The company has ongoing plans for expansion in their casino properties.
The Corporate Director of Benefits will handle the administration of employee benefits at all of the company’s properties. The successful candidate will develop, implement, and improve new or modified employee benefits and plans.
- BA Degree required
- At least 5 years of management experience in benefits administration or related field
- Expected to travel to 4 property locations: New York, Miami, Bimini Bahamas, and Las Vegas
