The Director of Food & Beverage will effectively manage all functions related to the Food & Beverage department to support the property. The successful candidate will ensure the development and maintenance of the Food & Beverage related budgets. The position directly reports to the Sr. Director of Hospitality.
- At least 7 years’ management experience in a large food and beverage operation setting
- BA degree in Hotel and Restaurant management preferred
