The Director of Human Resources will practice and promote the compliance of the organization’s regulations. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of Human Resources, including recruiting, compensation, benefits, employee relations, development, and risk management. The position reports to the Assistant General Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least 5 years of HR Manager and/or Director role in a Gaming/Hospitality setting preferred
- Background in recruitment and/or organizational development preferred
