We have been selected to manage the search for a General Manager for a hotel property located in Tennessee. The property is currently four star rated and is about to go through an extensive renovation to enhance the overall facilities and impact on guest experience. Post of the renovation the property will go through a brand conversion. Property is expected to exceed $15 million in revenue with over $7 million in F&B. 30,000 sq ft of banquet and conference space with additional outdoor venues being created.
The position requires strong leadership and the ability to drive and maintain a top quality performance with the ability to engage and motivate a solid team currently in place to reach a new plateau. We want a true hands-on leader who is engaged, comprehends and can facilitate strong financial results as well as opportunities to embrace opportunities to implement change. Full – service Hilton experience would be a significant plus. This property has a large footprint and requires an individual with a lot of energy.
COMPENSATION: SIX FIGURE BASE PLUS BONUS TO 25% PAID QUARTERLY.
