Our client is a large commercial bakery that has been in business for 44 years.
We are searching for a Plant Manager for a large commercial bakery in Salt Lake City, UT. This person will prepare and execute a weekly production plan for all production groups and maintain GMPs in all production areas of the plant. In addition, he/she will create safety programs and the accompanying training, as well as analyzing manufacturing costs and profitability. The Plant Manager will also direct all plant maintenance activities.
- 5+ years of management experience in a food manufacturing plant
- Knowledge of SQF and GMPs
- Experience directing plant maintenance
COMPENSATION: $95,000 to $105,000 annually
