Our client is a fast-growing manufacturer of fresh, healthy meals. (Local candidates only please.)

The Quality Assurance/Food Safety Director will develop and revise company SOPs to ensure food quality and safety, as well as planning and developing systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the QA department. He/she will also be responsible for supervising HACCP and FSMA, Pathogen Monitoring, SQF, SSOP and GMP programs. In addition, this person will coordinate and execute solutions from process and reporting analysis.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Five or more years in Quality Assurance experience in the food manufacturing industry
  • In-depth knowledge of plant sanitation, HACCP, FSMA, SSOP and GMPs
  • PCQI and HACCP certified
  • Bilingual–English/Spanish preferred
  • SQF Practitioner experience preferred
