Our client is a fast-growing healthy snack company that has continued to be a highly-regarded category leader in the industry. The company’s snacks are featured in stores nationwide and aim to create healthy and delicious snacks with primary ingredients.
The Vice President, Sales & Marketing will lead the development and implementation of strategic and operational plans across grocery channels while ensuring that sales and marketing efforts support these overall plans. The successful candidate will identify and collaborate with the Executive team on new product and business development opportunities to help fill strategic gaps in the portfolio and growth plans. They will direct the portfolio strategy, development and implementation of segmented marketing plans, including product mix, pricing and channels of distribution.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- 10 years of experience with marketing and people management on retail consumer brands with national presence and integrated marketing strategy including advertising, consumer promotions and customer partnership.
- Track record of successful business results.
