Our client is a growing hotel on the West Coast that offers a seaside getaway with each stay. Providing a variety of activities and amenities, guests will want to come back for more. This is a great opportunity to work at a hotel that leaves positive lasting impressions on all who stay there.

The Assistant Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for the strategic direction and execution of all Food and Beverage outlets and banquet operations. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on individual who will assist with recruiting the operations team, analyzing department budget requests, and improving guest service. This position reports to the Director of Food & Beverage.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School diploma or higher
  • Ability to provide annual budget, monthly forecasting, and analytics
  • Experience in F&B operations at a full-service property in a manager-level position preferred
  • Strong customer service abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

 

Salary Range: $100,000 – $130,000
