The Assistant Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for the strategic direction and execution of all Food and Beverage outlets and banquet operations. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on individual who will assist with recruiting the operations team, analyzing department budget requests, and improving guest service. This position reports to the Director of Food & Beverage.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Salary Range: $100,000 – $130,000
