Our client is a privately owned Casino Resort on the East Coast. An appealing destination with hundreds of gaming options, spacious hotel rooms, live entertainment and more!

The Assistant General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, including the gaming, marketing, and IT departments. Our ideal candidate will lead by example to create a fun and positive experience for guests and employees. The position reports directly to the General Manager. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality/Casino Management, or related field required
  • At least 7 years of progressive management experience in gaming preferred
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced, casino resort environment is a plus
  • Must have excellent communication and project management skills
