Chief Executive Officer

We have been retained by a federally recognized Indian Tribe looking for a CEO to lead their company and future ventures. This community-driven enterprise has a diverse portfolio of businesses, including hospitality, financial services, and retail brands.

The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for overseeing the corporation and its subdivisions, while pursuing new investment opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience in assessing and addressing stakeholder and partner needs, preparing financial reports for the Board, Council, and auditors, and developing long-term goals to ensure profitability. This position reports to the Board of Directors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Master’s degree in business, finance, or related field, or six years of equivalent experience
• A working knowledge of Federal Indian Law and Business Law
• At least two years of leadership experience in a CEO or equivalent position
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Salary Range: $145,000 – $165,000
