Chief Financial Officer

We have been retained by a thriving Tribal casino resort that offers world-class gaming, live entertainment, and upscale hotel accommodations. Recognized for its outstanding company culture, our client is seeking a collaborative, hands-on leader who is committed to continuous management and process improvement.

The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the property, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and audits. The ideal candidate will develop and implement effective financial strategies, and advance planning to optimize profitability and sustainability. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Master’s degree or CPA is a plus, but is not required
• At least five years of experience in a VP or senior management role in Tribal gaming, or the casino industry
• Extensive knowledge of Tribal gaming regulations and economic development
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Salary Range: $300,000 – $350,000
