Chief Financial Officer – Confidential

Our client is a manufacturer of food products in the Los Angeles area.

We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer who will be tasked with developing, implementing, and maintaining policies and procedures for a wide-ranging set of activities including financial accounting and reporting, cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, fixed assets, IT and general corporate policies. The successful candidate will contribute as a member of the Executive Team in the delivery of strategic plans, mission, goals and values to ensure the success of the company. Additionally, the CFO will manage banking relationships and negotiate for lines of credit, or other financial services, as required and appropriate.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related degree
• Must have manufacturing experience
• Seven or more years of broad financial experience is required
• Experience with ERP systems
• MBA/CPA, is preferred, but not required
• Experience managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams

Salary Range: $200,000 – $250,000
