Chief Growth Officer

We have been retained by a casino gaming supplier. Priding themselves on their first-class equipment, the local operator offers products that provide a distinctive experience.

The Chief Growth Officer is responsible for identifying and pursuing new locations for future business, while playing a key role in shaping customer interactions. The ideal candidate will generate new leads, foster a success-oriented environment, and develop and maintain long- and short-term objectives to reach profitable growth. This newly created position reports to the President.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• At least eight years of experience in business development or sales
• Ability to plan, forecast, and manage resources
• Understanding of gaming market trends and customer behavior
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Salary Range: $200,000 – $215,000
