We have been retained by a fast-growing business that provides a one-of-a-kind and immersive form of entertainment. Operating across multiple locations, the attraction offers a visually stunning display for families and friends to create unforgettable memories. This newly created position is an incredible opportunity to lead the company’s operational growth as it expands into new markets.

The Chief Operating Officer is responsible for managing the daily activities of multiple attractions, including site management, setup and maintenance, concessions, customer service, and safety protocols. We are seeking a hands-on leader with a proven track record of scaling multi-unit entertainment operations. The position reports to the CEO.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  • At least eight years of experience in multi-unit operations management within the entertainment or hospitality industry is preferred
  • Experience with event planning and logistics is a plus
  • Willingness to travel frequently during peak season and expansion periods

 

Salary Range: $175,000 – $200,000 plus annual bonus
