Controller

The Controller is responsible for overseeing the company’s accounting functions, including bookkeeping, budgeting, cash flow management, payroll, and tax & financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• At least six years of accounting and supervisory experience
• Real estate or construction accounting experience is a plus
• Previous experience with accounting for multiple entities is preferred

Salary Range: $120,000 – $150,000
