Director of Analytics

The Director of Analytics will act as the primary business advisor to operation leaders and will develop strategies that directly impact the bottom line. The ideal candidate will translate complex findings into simple, persuasive language that resonates with the property’s leadership. Additionally, the successful candidate will implement initiatives that improve both guest, and employee experiences. The position reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, or a related field
• At least seven years of experience in analytics or business intelligence
• Familiarity with data warehousing, cloud platforms, and enterprise reporting tools
• Advanced skills with BI tools and data platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, R)

Salary Range: $176,000 – $225,000 plus potential bonus
