Director of Casino Marketing

Our client is a leisurely escape to a world of fun. This newly created role has been added to their organizational chart as a result of a significant expansion that is currently underway. We are seeking a data-driven marketing expert to join this excellent team of savvy casino operators. 

The Director of Marketing is responsible for ensuring targeted and effective promotions, special events, direct mail and email marketing, while maintaining positive guest relations. The winning candidate will oversee the VIP marketing programming and manage the day-to-day operations of the Player Development Department, Direct Mail, and Database Analyst(s). The position reports directly to the Assistant General Manager. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management or related field required 
• At least 5 years of experience in both casino gaming and marketing management 
• Must have data analysis experience 
• Knowledge of CMS and Oasis 360 software preferred 

Salary Range: $130,000 – $140,000
