Director of Casino Operations

We are conducting a search for a well-established casino and hotel that attracts world-class players. With over 150 table games, more than 15,000 sq ft of event space, dining options, and a spa, the property’s amenities are sure to leave guests wanting to come back again and again.

The Director of Casino Operations is responsible for the daily operations of the casino floor. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving the department’s financial goals, while ensuring game availability and exceptional guest service. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field
• At least 7 years of experience in casino/cardroom gaming operations
• Prior experience overseeing a large department is preferred
• Working knowledge of marketing, customer service, and player perspective
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

Salary Range: Up to $185,000
