We have been retained by a premier hospitality group specializing in full-service catering for social events of all sizes. This role is ideal for a “people leader” who values innovation, transparency, and empowerment to help drive the future of a regional company with ambitious growth plans.

The Director of Catering Operations will oversee the operational departments of the catering divisions across multiple locations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies that deliver customized catering experiences and contribute to the company’s financial success. The position reports directly to the Vice President of Food Service Operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field
  • At least five years of experience in managing large-scale catering operations
  • Strong understanding of diverse business functions, including supply chain, finance, and customer service
  • Familiarity with data analysis and performance/operations metrics
  • General knowledge of design principles is a plus

 

Salary Range: $90,000 – $120,000
