Director of Database Marketing

The Director of Database Marketing will oversee the daily operations of the direct marketing campaigns to maximize customer value and ROI. The ideal candidate will manage the multi-channel contact strategy and planning, including postal mail, email, web, and mobile app. The position reports to the Vice President of Marketing.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
• At least five years of experience in a senior casino marketing position is preferred
• Strong background in direct marketing, analytics, and revenue generation
• Must have excellent analytical and project management skills

Salary Range: $142,615 – $199,748 plus bonus potential
