Director of Development

The Director of Development will negotiate and close business deals with station operators, including hotels, casinos, and stadiums. Our ideal leader will work with county, city, and major stakeholders to obtain permits for construction of stations and tunnels. Outstanding candidates may be considered for a senior leadership role, which also leads the organization’s project operations.  

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

• Bachelor’s degree required 
• At least 7 years of relevant experience preferred 
• Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to change 
• Motivated to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
