Director of Engineering

Our client is a hospitality company looking to grow the team at their award-winning hotel. Located at the center of a bustling city, this property offers guests contemporary rooms and amenities, guaranteeing a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The Director of Engineering is responsible for the operation, maintenance, service, and repair of the property’s on-site equipment. The ideal candidate will direct a team responsible for maintenance of the buildings and grounds, ensure all repairs are completed on time, and have excellent guest service skills. This position reports to the General Manager and Hotel Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

• College degree, or vocational training in electrical/mechanical engineering or plumbing
• Previous managerial experience in an engineering, or maintenance environment, is preferred
• Must possess a strong financial acumen
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Salary Range: Up to $150,000
