Director of Facilities

The Director of Facilities is responsible for directing and coordinating the overall activities of the Facilities, Grounds, and Maintenance departments to deliver a stellar guest experience. The ideal candidate will conduct daily property inspections, work with management to resolve maintenance issues, and act as a project liaison between architects, designers, subcontractors, building officials and management. This position reports to the General Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or at least five years of related experience and/or training
• Working knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, and Carpentry trades
• Prior leadership experience
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Salary Range: Up to $100,000
