Director of Finance

We are conducting a search for a casino resort that aims to bring gaming and entertainment to all. With a gaming floor of over 65,000 square feet, three restaurants, and live entertainment, guests will be sure to return for a unique experience. The Director of Finance is responsible for the overall financial reporting process of the casino resort including forecasting, operating/payroll costs, revenue analysis, and budget preparation. Our finalist will oversee the accounting and cage departments and ensure compliance with internal controls, standard operating procedures, and regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 5 years of casino experience in a controller or director capacity preferred
• At least 8 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Knowledge of federal, state, and Tribal reporting regulations and requirements

Salary Range: $100,000 – $125,000
