Director of Finance

Our client is a Tribal casino resort that is undergoing major renovations that includes an expanded gaming floor, a new hotel, and more! Their current and future amenities are sure to provide a unique and fun experience for all guests.

The Director of Finance is responsible for all financial and accounting functions of the casino. The ideal candidate will lead the financial department, ensure compliance with internal control and regulatory compliance requirements, and offer financial guidance to senior management and stakeholders. This position reports to the General Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or related field; Master’s or CPA preferred
• At least seven years of experience in casino accounting or finance
• At least two years of experience in a senior leadership role
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Salary Range: $130,000 – $170,000
