Director of Finance

We are conducting a search for a growing, luxurious spa resort that focuses on relaxation and rejuvenation. With nearly 50 services to choose from, the facility offers various wellness classes and treatments to heal their guests’ mind, body, and soul.

The Director of Finance is responsible for planning, directing, and managing financial data and recommending remedial action when necessary. In this hands-on role, our ideal candidate will work with the executive team to set the direction for the future of the business while also understanding the shifts in the market. This position reports to the General Manager with a dotted line to the Owner.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred
• At least 5 years of hospitality accounting experience
• Knowledge of Accpac, Quick Books, and Resort Suites software is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Salary range: $120,000 – $135,000
