Director of Finance

We are partnering with a major slot machine operator that thrives on teamwork and innovation, creating a workplace where employees can grow and succeed. As a respected industry partner known for their exceptional expertise in serving customers, we are seeking a leader with a strong financial acumen to translate operational data into executive-level insights.

The Director of Finance is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end slot machine revenue cycle, including meter verification, drops/counts, reconciliations, jackpots, progressives, and promotional activity. Serving as the primary financial authority for slot machine and gaming revenue, the ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy and compliance of all slot machine revenue accounting and internal controls.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• At least seven years of progressive experience in slot machine accounting, gaming finance, or casino revenue audit
• Deep knowledge of slot machine operations, internal controls, gaming regulations, and regulatory audit requirements
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP/GL systems and financial reporting tools

Salary Range: $140,000 – $160,000
