We have been retained by a Tribal-owned casino hotel with a rich history in gaming and entertainment. The destination features diverse dining options led by award-winning chefs, ranging from an upscale steakhouse to fast-casual concepts.
The Director of Food and Beverage will oversee the daily operations of the property’s dining outlets. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure inventory accountability and proper product management. The position reports directly to the General Manager & CEO.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Salary Range: $110,000 – $150,000
