Our client is a thriving casino corporation seeking a driven Food & Beverage leader to join their soon-to-be rebranded resort. Beginning the early stages of a multi-year development plan, the full-service casino hotel will be undergoing major expansion, including brand-new hotel rooms, dining outlets, an entertainment venue, and more.
The Director of Food & Beverage will oversee all food & beverage outlets, venues, banquet operations, and catering of the property. Our successful candidate will be responsible for the pre-opening training and day-to-day management of their quick-service, full-service, and fine dining outlets. The position reports directly to the GM/AGM.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Salary Range: $89,000 – $156,600
