With nearly 200 rooms and a convention center in the works for phase 1, the property is sure to leave guests wanting to come back for more! This brand-new role will have the chance to build their department from the ground up.
The Director of Hospitality will strategically partner with the executive leadership team. Our ideal candidate will direct and manage the operational activities of the resort hotel, including front desk and call center operations, revenue management, housekeeping, valet, bell services, and spa. The position reports directly to the Assistant General Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Salary Range: $130,000 – $150,000
