Our client is a national nonprofit organization that supports veterans, and people with disabilities, entering the workforce. They are looking for a healthcare leader who will serve as a positive role model, and mentor, to the supervisory staff at a large medical facility that offers inpatient and outpatient care.

The Director of Housekeeping will manage the operations of the environmental services department of the hospital. The ideal candidate will delegate assignments, oversee budget activity, and lead inspections to ensure compliance with all federal regulations, and organizational guidelines. The position reports to the Director of Operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • At least five years of housekeeping management experience in a hospital environment
  • Currently a Certified Healthcare Environmental Services Professional (CHESP), or meets eligibility requirements to obtain certification
  • Government contract experience is preferred

 

Salary Range: $100,000 – $130,000 plus bonus potential
