Our client is a casino resort that offers thousands of slot machines, mouthwatering dining and bar selections, and sensational live entertainment. As a well-established leader in the industry, the property is recognized for its dynamic environment and growth opportunities.

The Director of Human Resources will oversee the HR department’s key functions, including: training, recruiting, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and HRIS. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive performance and employee engagement. The position reports to the Executive Director of Human Resources.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SP certification is preferred
  • At least three years of experience in a human resources leadership role
  • Prior experience in a Tribal casino environment is preferred
  • Proven expertise in developing and designing comprehensive compensation and benefits programs

 

Salary Range: $170,000 – $210,000
