Director of IT

Our client is a growing, Tribal-owned casino resort that integrates cultural elements throughout the guest experience. This forward-thinking property features a spacious gaming floor, a luxurious hotel, a full-service spa, a state-of-the-art convention center, and mouthwatering dining options.

The Director of IT is responsible for managing the IT Department to ensure the development and implementation of cost-effective systems and computer operations. The ideal candidate will provide consultation and advisory services on casino systems, monitor compliance with internal casino controls, and oversee the department budget. The position reports directly to the General Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, operations research, or a related field
• At least eight years of experience in IT management, preferably in a gaming systems environment
• At least three years of progressive management experience
• Experience with physical and logical information security systems
• Advanced project management and critical thinking skills

Salary Range: $129,376 – $200,532.80
