We have been retained by a highly successful eclectic restaurant group, which owns and operates (6) food and beverage businesses. The owners are specifically looking for an exceptional person, who is an experienced Food and Beverage connoisseur to lead these iconic establishments with great management skills and the ability to strategize plans for future outlets. 

This senior role is overseeing all operations and will help collaborate on future Food and Beverage endeavors with the owners, which are already in motion. The Director of Operations role reports to the owners and will manage all aspects of the organization’s systems, budgets, forecasts and unify a positive culture over the diverse brands in the company.  


  • At least 8-10 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations
  • Diverse background in F & B, including BOH, FOH, Bar, Fine dining
  • Demonstrated experience of 8-10 years with P&Ls, Forecasting, Business Plans
