Director of Operations

Our client is a family-owned tavern offering an extensive menu, signature cocktails, and a cozy ambience. Taking pride in making their meals from scratch, the establishment is sure to leave guests coming back for their mouth-watering bites.

The Director of Operations is accountable for overseeing all restaurant operations across various locations, as well as leading, coaching, and mentoring Regional Managers and Restaurant General Managers. Our ideal candidate will ensure that each location meets or exceeds operational standards. The Director of Operations is key in the development of the team and is responsible for building a talent pipeline for future growth. The position reports directly to the Founder.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• At least seven years in a senior leadership role in a casual/premium casual restaurant environment
• Extensive knowledge in restaurant operations
• Strong financial acumen
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Salary Range: $150,000 – $175,000
