The Director of Operations is accountable for overseeing all restaurant operations across various locations, as well as leading, coaching, and mentoring Regional Managers and Restaurant General Managers. Our ideal candidate will ensure that each location meets or exceeds operational standards. The Director of Operations is key in the development of the team and is responsible for building a talent pipeline for future growth. The position reports directly to the Founder.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Salary Range: $150,000 – $175,000
