The Director of Purchasing will manage all aspects of the department, including: receiving, loading dock, storerooms, wardrobe, vendor licensing, and mail room. Our selected candidate will ensure there is ample supply of goods to maintain the company’s operations. The position reports directly to the CFO.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• At least 7 years of purchasing experience in the hospitality industry preferred
• Working knowledge of RedRock purchasing system and ContractLogix is ideal
• Must have strong negotiation skills

Salary Range: $150,000 – $175,000
