Director of Spa

Our client is a luxury resort nestled in a scenic, rural landscape. Blending elegant architecture with charming decor, the destination offers a peaceful escape enhanced by contemporary and thoughtfully curated amenities.

The Director of Spa is responsible for the property’s full-service spa, fitness classes, pool, and recreation programs, ensuring every offering aligns with the property’s standards, and delivers an exceptional guest experience.  We are seeking a strategic leader with a proven track record in revenue optimization, team development, and brand positioning.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Wellness Management, or a related field is preferred
• At least five years of progressive leadership experience in luxury spa or wellness operations
• Strong business acumen, including expertise in budgeting, P&L management, and service pricing, along with driving profitability
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate large teams in a high-volume setting

Salary Range: $80,000 – $90,000
